Hello!

I’m Masa, a private chef based in Perth, originally from Nagasaki, Japan.

After nearly 10 years of working as a chef in Australia, I created Omakase by Masa to offer a more personal and intimate dining experience.

My style is inspired by Japanese technique, seasonal ingredients, and the beauty of Western Australia’s produce. Rather than following tradition in a strict way, I create dishes that reflect my own journey, taste, and creativity.

Each omakase is designed to be unique — shaped by the season, the freshest ingredients available, and the occasion you are celebrating.

My goal is to bring people together through food and create unforgettable moments in the comfort of your home.
